UPS Ground - In our shopping cart, "UPS Ground" is used as a generic term for Standard Ground Shipping. Most in-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS First Class/Priority Mail. The method used to ship your order will be determined at our sole discretion.
UPS 2nd Day Air - In-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours via UPS 2nd Day Air. Because orders are usually shipped the business day after the order is placed, this shipping method may actually take 3 Days for delivery.
UPS Next Day Air - In-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours via UPS Next Day Air. Because orders are usually shipped the business day after the order is placed, this shipping method may actually take 2 Days for delivery.
If there is a delay with your order we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
Returns:
All of our products come with a money back guarantee (less shipping and handling). To qualify for our money back guarantee, all items must be in new, unused condition, and include all original packaging. If you would like to make a return, please request a Return Authorization via email. Return Authorizations must be requested within 7 days of delivery and product returns must be received by Titan WebStores, LLC within 7 days of Return Authorization Approval. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Although we strive to provide quality packaging and minimize damage during transport, there are times when an item may be damaged. If this is the case, damage claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Any damage claim made more than 3 business days after delivery will be denied. Thank you for your understanding.
